Raymond Studios · AI Front Desk

Every enquiry answered, even when you're busy.

Enquiries often arrive while you're with a customer, on the phone or closed for the day. Our AI front desk answers each one from facts you approve, usually within 20 minutes, and copies you in so you can take it from there.

Free for 14 days, then £120 a month. No contract.
Nothing changes for your customers except the wait. They email you as they do now. Your desk replies straight away with what they need to know, says plainly that it is an AI assistant, and asks for a name and number if you'd like to call them back.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your business. Your hours, what you offer, the area you cover, and how customers should take the next step. Add anything the desk must never say.
  2. Forward your enquiry email to your own desk address. One setting in Gmail or Outlook. We show you where.
  3. Your desk answers each new enquiry. Only from your facts. You're copied in on every answer, and customers' replies come straight to you.
  4. Send a correction any time. Reply with what to change and the desk uses it straight away.

See an example enquiry and the answer the desk wrote, or work out what slow replies may be costing you.

What it will never do

Invent a price
It quotes only prices you have given it. Otherwise it never mentions one.
Promise a time or a visit
It passes those to you to confirm.
Take payment
It never asks for card or bank details.
Pretend to be a person
Every answer says it is your AI assistant.

Anything sensitive, such as a complaint, a data request, someone who may be under 18 or someone going through a hard time, gets a short holding reply and comes straight to you. If a message mentions danger such as a gas smell, a fire or flooding, the customer gets the standard safety steps and emergency numbers at once.
