Public contracts, written for you.
Councils, schools, universities and government bodies buy marketing, design, software, training, events, consultancy and much more from small firms. Most small firms never bid, because a good response takes days to write. We write it for you.
How it works
- Send us the tender. The notice from Contracts Finder or Find a Tender, and its documents.
- Tell us about your firm. What you do, two or three examples of similar work, and any policies or certificates the buyer asks for.
- See the plan and a sample answer within 3 working days. Every requirement mapped, every answer planned around the buyer's own scoring criteria, and one written in full.
- Get the full draft once the first half is paid. Changes are included until you are happy with it.
- You check every word and submit it yourself. Your bid, in your name.
What you get
Method statements, quality and social value answers, in plain British English.
Every question, word limit, attachment and deadline in the pack, ticked off.
Each answer is planned around how the buyer says it will mark it.
No day rates, no extras, no surprise invoice.
Good to know
- Nobody can promise a win, and we will not. We promise a complete, compliant, well-argued response.
- What you send is used only for your bid, never shared, and deleted 30 days after the deadline unless you ask us to keep it.
- We write the drafts with our own AI tools, then check them before you see them. Using AI to help write a bid is allowed under the government's procurement guidance (PPN 02/24); you approve every word.
- We do not write bids for building works, repairs and maintenance, health and care, or legal and financial services.
