How we are paid: the venue you book pays us a commission of 8 to 10% of the booking after the event, the standard arrangement for venue finders. We tell you that upfront, and we recommend the venues that fit your brief, whatever they pay.
How it works
- Send us the brief. The date, how many people and the layout, the area, your budget, and anything that matters.
- Get a shortlist within 2 working days. 3 to 6 venues, each with why it fits, the capacity, rough costs and what to check.
- Choose one. We check availability and terms with the venue for you.
- Book and pay the venue directly. Your booking, your contract with the venue.
Good to know
- Every fact in a shortlist comes from the venue's own published information, and rough costs are confirmed with the venue you choose.
- We research with our own AI tools and check the shortlist before you see it.
- What you send is used only to find your venue, never shared beyond the venues you choose to approach, and deleted 30 days after the event.
