When we write to your business
Who we are: Ryan Raymond, trading as Raymond Studios, Bay B35, Unit 66 Queens Court Trading Estate, Greets Green Road, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B70 9EQ (raymondstudiosuk@gmail.com). We are the controller of the information below.
What we hold: your firm's name, company number and registered office from the public Companies House register; the business email address published on your firm's own website; short notes from your website about what your firm does; and our emails to you and your replies.
Why, and our lawful basis: to offer your firm our AI front desk service by email. We rely on legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and have weighed them against your interests. We email limited companies only, and at most twice unless you reply.
Who else handles it: our email provider (Google) and the AI services that help us write and check our emails (through OpenRouter). They act only on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK, under UK-approved safeguards.
How long we keep it: up to 12 months if you do not reply. If you ask us not to email you, we keep only the email address and company number on a list so that we never email you again.
Your rights: you can object at any time (reply "no thanks" and we stop at once), and you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold by emailing us at ryan+agency@raymondstudios.app. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
This website and our tools
No tracking: these pages set no cookies, use no analytics and load nothing from other sites. The fit checker and the calculator work inside your browser; nothing you type is sent to us.
Our contracts feed and ChatGPT tool: they share only public contract notices (Open Government Licence v3.0). Our tool in ChatGPT reads that feed and receives nothing about you; anything you type in ChatGPT is handled by OpenAI under its own privacy policy.
If you email us: we use your message and address only to answer you, and keep them for up to 12 months unless you become a client.
